HOME > Employment of Newly Graduated Attorneys

Seeking the participation of new attorneys with drive and passion, regardless of age or work history

Attorneys at Hayabusa Asuka Law Offices work in a wide variety of specialist practice areas and newly emerging fields. Our attorneys need to have not only a deep knowledge of relevant legal fields but also flexibility in thought, a balanced perception and the capacity to respond at short notice. We therefore believe it is important to foster balanced talents that include a broad understanding of the law and real practical knowledge, and that newly graduated attorneys experience as many fields as possible, in order that they can respond to specialist and emerging fields.

Our young attorneys have the opportunity to quickly engage in real matters, and are not limited to research and in-house duties. Our practice gives attorneys the opportunity from the beginning to engage in on-location work, meeting with clients, negotiations with the other parties, and work involved with court hearings.
The motto of our organization from partners to associates and staffs is “the value of a fresh breeze,” and our senior attorneys who possess a wealth of experience, as well as other staff on occasion, are not tied down to only their own cases but also support our young attorneys in their work.
